I moved here 3 years ago and was still taking my Jaguar to the dealership . My car was not under warranty and I decided I needed to find another option for maintenance and repairs. I felt the dealerships were charging way too much and taking advantage and it took too long for service. I’ve been going to Exclusive for a least 2 years and have been extremely happy. Everyone there is very nice and professional . Matt is always immediately responsive and always keeps me updated on what needs to be done to my car. I highly recommend them !!

Took my e-class to Exclusive Motorworks for B Service. I knew it was going to be a big deal so I was ready for the shock. They are very professional and called me with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to the done. It took two days and the car was washed and ready when I got there. I know Mercedes would have charged me a lot more for the same work. This place is the best! Would recommend them to anyone.

Solved multiple problems and the main issue the car was in for was computer/software related. Even after spending hours trying to fix it…there was no charge for their efforts. Even after offering to pay they would not accept any money. Great place to trust with your vehicles.
